Jaune Flammé
 
It is a small, round, deep orange colour tomato. It has thick yellowish-orange skin, with a rich and meaty interior flesh that is mottled with red streaks. Its flavour is citrusy and fruity when raw, and is further intensified when the tomato is roasted or slowly dried. An excellent producer.
